Child Health Partnership connects families with community resources. This allows our families to find partner organizations with services that are needed by their families and create self-sufficiency.

Without the support of our Community Partners in our service area we would not be able to connect our families with resources that they need for their children and as parents. We are proud to partner with our fellow nonprofits and organizations in delivering high-quality care that is affordable or free to all families in our community.
