Child Development & Positive Parenting Education

Healthy Babies and Moms

Provides at-home support to low-income families, with prenatal and post-partum nursing education and support to boost positive birth outcomes, including nutrition, self-care, fetal development and depression screening. To learn more click here.

Developmental Screenings

Free Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ-3) can help you keep track of your child’s development, age 0-5. The ASQ-3 provides reliable, accurate, developmental and social-emotional screening for children between one month and 5½ years. To learn more click here.

Mothers and Babie Group

Mothers and Babies is an evidence-based, perinatal mental health program designed to support pregnant people and new parents in managing stress, building healthy relationships, and strengthening their emotional well-being. The group focuses on the connection between thoughts, behaviors, and mood, and teaches practical skills to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety during the perinatal period. Programs with Heart

Programs with Heart is a caregiver mental health program at Child Health Partnership that offers multiple pathways for families to support their emotional wellbeing. These services provide welcoming spaces where families enrolled in Child Health Partnership caregivers can slow down, connect with others, explore creative expression, spend time in nature, and receive individualized support.

Individual Counseling

Individual counseling for one-on-one support in English or Spanish. Counseling provides a private space to talk through stress, life transitions, parenting challenges, and emotional wellbeing. Our trauma-informed individual counseling program provides 12 sessions with collaborative goal setting and progress check-ins, followed by a 3-month break during which clients can access wellness consults and support groups, ensuring continuity of care and ongoing emotional support.
